National Geographic Moment

Last summer, I got a subscription to the National Geographic Magazine. It is one of the best things I ever bought. In their last November issue, there was an article on Japan's marine life.

The article featured a picture of these little guys:

They are called purple tunicates and, apparently,  live behind a rock... All of them...

Kelis

In her video for her song ''Acapella'', Kelis is sporting the native/tribal look that's been really popular lately... Interesting that the clip was filmed in 2009 and that the looks only begin to reach the masses...

The clip is worth viewing, as it is candy for the eyes, and, bonus,  the song is really good!

Succulent Wall

Sooooooo!
To start off the long series of things I have been meaning to post..

 Here is ...
the succulent wall.

Isn't it AMAZING? You might have seen this before, they've been blowing people away for a while on various design websites. I always liked how succulents looked, so I went and bought one of my own... Considering I paid 5 $ for one that's 3-inch wide.. I am not to put up one of these living picture frames anytime soon... The plant looks cute on my desk though!

Header!

Well, the header's up...

I think it looks a bit weird but I can't be bothered to work on it now... This will do for a while...

Spring is on it's way and the only thing I can think of is plants at the moment... I am planning to buy/grow a few this year.. And there's also a botanical project I would love to try! I'll share about this tomorrow.. I've got homework to do... again.

FIRST POST!

Helllo!

Welcome to my blog! Thank you for stopping by!

This whole blog thing has been on my mind for quite a while now... and I finally decided to take the plunge! I plan my blog to be very simple... it will be a place where I will share things I like with whoever comes across it!

More to come soon!
